How to send your original ECU file

Read the car, put the file on Dropbox, Drive or MEGA, paste the link. Five megabytes is enough. We do not host dumps on the site.

Reviewed by the lab desk before it went live. We write files; we do not rubber-stamp brochure numbers.

The original file is the snapshot of that ECU, on that car, on that day. We do not keep a drawer of ‘Golf 2017 petrol’ files and hope. If the read is partial, say so. A 200 kb file that should have been 4 MB is not a dump, it is a hint.

Upload goes to Dropbox, Google Drive or MEGA. Drag and drop in the portal or paste the link. One of the two is enough. Limit is 5 MB so the hosting does not become a file locker. Almost every genuine ECU read fits.

Name the file like a human: make, model, year, ECU if you know it. ‘final_final2.bin’ helps nobody. In the job notes: fuel, gearbox, and anything already changed.

When the tuned file is ready, you get it the same way — cloud link in the ticket, plus an email at each stage. If you asked for the stock file back later, that is a separate original-file request. Keep the first dump. You will want it.
