A small ECU file desk. One queue, files written for the dump you send — not a marketplace of fifty sellers.
Alex runs the desk. Engineers take the original read, match it to the hardware on the ticket, and send the tuned file back the same way you uploaded it: Dropbox, Google Drive or MEGA. Credits sit in the workshop account until a job is opened. They do not expire.
We write Stage 1 for stock cars, Stage 2 when the intake and downpipe are already there, TCU maps so the gearbox keeps up, and option files (DPF, EGR, pops) for track and off-road builds. Same-day Stage 1 is normal. A custom Stage 3 is a conversation, not a vending machine.
We do not homologate cars for the public road. If a customer wants stock back, keep the first dump and order the original-file service. That path is cheaper than guessing which USB stick from 2019 still boots.
