Credit packs
1 credit = 1 € at list. File services add 35% as the final billed price. Larger packs are cheaper: −2% on 1 000 €, −5% on 2 500 €, −10% on 5 000 €.

FAQ
Are these chiptuning files street legal?+
No. ECU remaps and chiptuning files from ChiptuningLab are for circuit, track-day and off-road / motorsport only. You are responsible for local law.
Why credits?+
The account is free. 1 credit = 1 € at list. You buy a pack, credits appear in your wallet automatically, and they drop when you order a remap or file service. File services add 35% as the billed total. Stripe and PayPal (test mode for now) also issue an invoice.
What if the file does not load?+
Open the job, message the lab, request a revision. Rejected jobs refund credits.
How fast is a Stage 1 or Stage 2 remap delivered?+
Most ECU files are queued as soon as credits are paid. Typical turnaround is the same working day for Stage 1 and common options; complex Stage 2 / Stage 3 or TCU work can take longer.
What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2?+
Stage 1 is software on stock hardware. Stage 2 BASE is prepared for intake / downpipe hardware and includes three free revisions. Stage 3 BASE is for bigger turbo or special setups.
Can I request an original ECU file without a dump?+
Yes. Original file requests do not require an upload. You can still attach a readout if you have one.
How do credits and pack discounts work?+
1 credit = 1 € at list. Each file service is billed at list credits + 35% (Stage 1 2016 is 80 → 108 cr / 108 €). Packs of 100 / 200 / 500 stay 1:1. 1 000 cr costs 980 € (−2%), 2 500 cr costs 2 375 € (−5%), 5 000 cr costs 4 500 € (−10%).
Are revisions included?+
Stage 2, Stage 3 and TCU Stage 2 / Stage 3 BASE include three free revisions. Other services can request a revision on the job; rejected work refunds credits.
Which ECU file formats do you accept?+
Share the original dump from your tool (bin and common containers) via Dropbox, Google Drive or MEGA — max 5 MB. We also convert tff/sgo to bin and readouts to original when you pick those services.
Do trucks, bikes or boats cost extra credits?+
Yes, on remap, TCU and option files, billed after the 35% lab fee: trucks / agriculture / construction +81 cr, bikes and quads +27 cr, jet skis and motorboats +81 cr. Original-file and conversion tools stay at the listed credits.
